Total Home Protection Plan (THPP)This is a yearly pest management plan that is designed to control pests at key times of the year, specifically Spring, Summer and Fall.  This plan will eliminate any existing problems and prevent others from reoccurring.  We ensure professional and dependable service at competitive pricing with service guaranteed.  Our THPP includes a minimum of 3 inspections/treatments per year. If, for some unforeseen reason, a pest problem develops between regularly scheduled visits or within the yearly contract for pest covered in the THPP*, we will treat your home at no additional charge. 

The THPP consists of the following: 

•Inspection – We will perform a thorough inspection of your home, both inside and out to detect any pest problems and also any conditions where pests may harbourage.

•Analysis – After the analysis is completed recommendations and control procedures are recorded and presented to you.  This helps ensure the best and safest pest management practices will be used to suppress pests effectively, economically, and in an environmentally sound manner. 

•Outdoor Perimeter Treatment – We will apply a protective treatment barrier around the exterior of your home to keep pests from entering.

•Indoor Strategic Treatment – If pests are present inside your home, strategic treatments will be applied to eliminate those pests.

•Follow-up Inspections – This will ensure, through proper monitoring techniques, the treatments were effective in eliminating your pest problem.*Pests covered in the THPP include the following: Ants (excluding Carpenter Ants), Centipedes, Cockroaches, Earwigs, Fleas, Beetles, Millipedes, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spiders, Wasps, Clover Mites, Rats and Mice.
