If you are not fully satisfied with the results from your scheduled visit/treatment and are within the specified guarantee period, we will re-treat the area at no additional charge. If you are still not fully satisfied after the re-treatment we will continue to work with you in solving your pest problem or receive a refund from your last service payment. *(All Northern Pest Control Services Ltd. recommendations within the service agreement must be complied with during the guarantee period to be eligible for any refund)
